Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The balance of the rental fee and the bond must be received in full at least 14 days prior to arrival (28 days for stays in the peak). If the balance or bond is not received the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-rent the property.
Check-in is after 2pm, and check-out is before 10am. Linen and towels are to be supplied by the tenant. The property must be left neat and tidy, rubbish moved to the outside bins, the BBQ left clean and the dishwasher filled and turned on.
The number of guests should not exceed the number agreed. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the property at any time. ‘Schoolies’ bookings or events are not permitted.
Damage, breakages and loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The tenant is responsible for charges associated with ‘making good’ items such as: replacement of any breakages or loss; repair of damage; more than 2 hours cleaning; extra guests; removing smoking odour/residue; lost keys; late checkout; etc.
The bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to the terms and conditions being met. ‘Making good’ charges can be deducted from the bond before it is returned.
Parties, functions and other events are prohibited. Disturbance of neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the remainder of the rental and/or loss of bond, at the owner’s discretion.
In the event of a cancellation, any rental fee that has been paid will only be refunded if the property is re-rented for the entire period of the original booking.
Bookings are made in good faith, however unforeseen circumstances may mean that a change in the booking is required. We are unable to provide tax invoices. Variations to these terms and conditions can only be made with the owner in writing.
