Overview
This quality Anglesea accommodation is in a perfect central location, next to the river and a short walk to the shops or the surf beach. This large, contemporary house has the space and comfort to spread out and relax.
The house easily sleeps 11 with 3 of the bedrooms including built-in robes (queen/en-suite, queen, 5 singles), and an additional comfy queen bed in the separate multi-purpose upstairs lounge area. There are no sofa beds in the house.
Anglesea River Beach House has an spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen downstairs, with leather couches, large dining table, enclosed log fire, and a well equipped/spacious kitchen. There’s a large multipurpose lounge area upstairs, with a second TV and views across the river. All living spaces have reverse-cycle cooling and heating.
In total there is a roomy 180m² of indoor space, three sparkling bathrooms, three extensive outdoor areas, 6 burner BBQ, lockable backyard, laundry and undercover parking.
No pets, no schoolies, no smoking inside.

How are the 2 lounge rooms setup?
There are two lounge areas, the spacious main lounge room is downstairs, and a second large multipurpose lounge room is upstairs. Both lounge rooms have flat screen TV’s, DVD/BluRay players and reverse cycle heating/cooling. Downstairs there’s leather couches for 10 people, an enclosed log fire, internet Tv (Netflix, Kayo, etc) and an audio system. Upstairs is a separate room with comfy couches for 6+ people and a sunny view.
How is the kitchen & dining room setup?
The kitchen is modern, roomy and fully equipped. It has a full set of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, along with oven and hot plates, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. In the dining room there’s a large dining table that seats 10 people.
How are the 4 bedrooms setup?
The house comfortably sleeps 11 people in 4 bedrooms. Downstairs there’s a queen sized bed the main bedroom, which has its own ensuite and Tv. Upstairs there’s: another queen bedroom; a queen bed in the large multipurpose lounge room and a single bed and two bunks in a large bedroom. There are no sofa beds in the house.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Pillows, doonas with covers, and light blanket are provided for all beds. You will need to bring your own towels, bath mats, bed sheets (3 queens, 5 singles), pillow cases and tea towels.
How are the 3 bathrooms setup?
There are three sparkling bathrooms and all of them have a shower, toilet and sink/vanity unit. In addition, the main bathroom downstairs has a good-sized bath for the kids.
What equipment do you have in the laundry?
The laundry is modern and fully functional with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
How far is it to the river, the Great Ocean Road, the Anglesea shops and the beach?
From the house it’s: ~100m to the Great Ocean Road and river; ~500m to the main Anglesea shops; ~800m to the Anglesea beach along the riverside path.
How much off-street parking is provided?
There’s parking for 3 cars in the driveway, and one of those is under cover. There’s also plenty of parking on the street.
